Solina’s practice focuses on healthcare, life sciences and technical assistance. She also has particular expertise in insurance including having acted for several major international companies in relation to enquiries on insurance business in Cambodia and provided legal assistance regarding the licensing of insurance companies in Cambodia. Solina has experience in preparing bidding application in relation to the review of the pharmaceutical legislation for the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Cambodia. She has also advised foreign pharmaceutical companies in relation to market entry and pharmaceutical law and regulations in Cambodia. Solina has also advised international organizations such as the International Labour Organization with regards to social protection matters.

Solina has also taught classes at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and at the Institute of Insurance Sciences (ISSA) of the University Saint-Joseph, in Beirut, Lebanon, and has also been providing occasional interpretation work at various conferences organized by the French Cooperation at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). She had also been invited to speak at various national and international conferences on the topic of Insurance in foreign countries (i.e. Algeria and Lebanon), and has produced several legal research papers in relation to the topic of general law, Micro-insurance, Insurance laws and regulations of Cambodia. 

Solina obtained her Master Degree in Business Law (sub-major Insurance Law) from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University in Lyon, France. Solina holds two Bachelor Degrees, one of Comparative Law from LumiΓ¨re Lyon 2 University in France, and a separate Bachelor Degree in Cambodian Law from RULE. Solina has been appointed by a Royal Decree in November 2020 as a member of the Legislative and Justice Council of the Ministry of Justice, and in April 2021, she was appointed as an independent member of the Board of the Non-Banking Financial Services Authority. 

Solina is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and is fluent in Khmer, English and French.
