A member of the Paris Bar, Antoine has lived and worked in Cambodia for almost three decades.

He currently serves as Senior Advisor to the Board of CAMFEBA (the Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations) on Social Protection and International Relations,  and sits on the Boards of Eurocham and CCIFC. He is a member of Working Group D of the Government–Private Sector Forum. He previously held the positions of Vice President of CAMFEBA, Secretary General of EuroCham, President of CCIFC, and President of the Cambodia Committee of the French Foreign Trade Advisors (CCEF). He also organized the first ASEAN CCEF Forum and the International Campus of the Paris Bar in Phnom Penh.

Antoine has a broad experience in all aspects of the Cambodian legal landscape. He specialized in Tax and Labour as Practice areas and in Insurance & Risk Management, Government & Public Policy, Manufacturing, as industrial sectors. He has played a pivotal role in drafting legislation for these sectors. He advises various Cambodian ministries, multinational corporates and international organizations.

Antoine combines legal practice, academia, and public policy. He led French cooperation at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) for four years, where he taught a wide range of subjects, from the history of ASEAN law to corporate law. He has contributed to several publications, including a book on Cambodian constitutional law, an introduction to Cambodian law, and the volume Cambodge Contemporain (IRASEC). He is also co-founder and co-director of the Center for International Tax Studies at RULE.

Antoine holds a Ph.D. in Insurance Law and a Master Degree in tax and business law from France. He used to teach from 1999 to 2017 at the Royal University of Law and Economics a large range of topics from history of ASEAN Laws to Administrative and Corporate Law. He is fluent in English and French and conversational in Khmer.
