Following a Prakas 358/21 on Launching of Self-declared Labor Inspection and Labor Inspections through Automation System (“SICMS”), dated 30 December 2021, issued by the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (“MLVT”), owners-directors, please be reminded to have necessary information and documents to be filed into the SICMS (https://sicms.mlvt.gov.kh/) twice times a year.

Act now to ensure compliance and avoid penalties. Submit your filing in June and in December each year to stay ahead of routine labor inspections.
